Foxtel IQ & SOH GLOW Promotion 1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. 2. Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees of Sydney Opera House and their immediate families, associated agencies of this promotion and companies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. 3. To enter, the participants must answer the question, “What is the colour of the monsters: after watching the movie trailer by 31 June 2010 4. The prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable to any other person. 5. Competition commencement date is 10/05/2010. Entries close 31/05/2010 6. The Marketing Specialist at Sydney Opera House will draw the winner on 1/06/2010 (EST). The draw will take place at Level 3, Customs House, Alfred Street Circular Quay, NSW, Australia. The winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone and published on the Sydney Opera House website www.sydneyoperahouse.com. 7. The first valid entry drawn will win Foxtel subscription with iQ, family pass for GLOW**, flights from any capital city in Australia for four people***, accommodation****. 8. **Family tickets are valid for 1 adult and 3 children, 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child. 9. ***Flights from any Capital City in Australia for four people must be in the same names of the four people using the GLOW** family pass, one name must be in the name of the winner of the competition (as per point 4) and all flights must be from the same Capital City that the winner is from as per their registrated details when entering the competition. 10. ****Accommodation is not available to Sydney residents. 11. Total Prize valued at $4936.00. Any change in the value of the prize occurring between the publishing of these Conditions and the date the prize is claimed not the responsibility of the promoters. 12. Collection/distribution of the prize will be arranged by phone. 13. All other associated travel expenses which do not form part of the airfare, including but not limited to: airport departure taxes, fuel and security surcharges, hotels, airport transfers, meals, spending money and visas are the responsibility of the prize winner. 14. Data will be collected automatically from all sales of Glow between nominated dates and will be retrieved by the CRM specialist, of Sydney Opera House, from the ticketing database. 15. At the conclusion of the competition date all data collated from successful entries into the competition will be placed in one barrel and one entry will be pulled out. The person drawn will win the prize listed in point 7. 16. The promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into. 17. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any other prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 18. The Promoter and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit. 19. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize. 20. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. 21.
